Yes. Each package is designed to grow with you. You can move between levels at any time, depending on your release phase or team capacity.

Do you also work with independent artists?

Yes. I work with both independent artists and established label teams. The setup always adapts to the scale and needs of the project.

What’s the difference between project management and release management?

Release management covers everything related to the rollout of your music: timelines, assets, pitches and coordination.
Project management includes broader oversight, communication between partners, and performance reporting.

Can you also help with marketing and creative direction?

Yes. I provide strategic input on content, rollout and positioning.
For deeper creative work or paid campaigns, I collaborate with specialized partners.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Most projects run across the GSA region and international markets. Communication and timelines are fully remote-ready.

Are the services fixed or customizable?

Every project is different. The core structure stays consistent, but scope and involvement are always tailored to your setup and goals.

Do you also manage artists long-term?

Yes. I support several artists beyond a single release, building ongoing management and coordination systems for their long-term plans.

How does onboarding work?

Once we agree on the setup, you’ll receive a short onboarding form and access to a shared workspace.
We’ll align your timeline, structure tasks and schedule your first check-in.

What’s the minimum commitment?

Usually one full campaign cycle of around three to four months.
For ongoing work, we can also set up a rolling collaboration.

Can I book single services or add-ons without a full package?

Yes. Individual modules like Merch Management or Tour Planning can be booked separately or combined with a smaller setup.

How do payments work?

Billing is usually monthly, aligned with your campaign timeline.
Larger projects can be divided into setup, rollout and evaluation phases.
